Maegan is a Partner and acting CEO of ReALTA Real Estate Services.
Since beginning her career in commercial real estate in 2010, Maegan has provided management and brokerage services for a vast portfolio of real estate consisting of medical office, executive office, retail, industrial and self-storage properties. She has also maintained success through participation in various real estate acquisitions and transactions, as well as, a number of development and improvement projects.
Quickly acclimating herself in the real estate industry, Maegan became a Partner of ReALTA Real Estate Services early 2016.
Her primary focus within ReALTA is to provide support to her growing team as they continue to position themselves as pacesetters in their real estate market. Maegan’s overall objective is to sustain profitable market leadership while growing her community both culturally and economically through all facets of commercial and residential real estate. She is dedicated to serving her surrounding community and clients alike through the refined production and management of real estate developments of lasting value.
Professionally, Maegan graduated with honors from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Louisiana with a degree in Mass Communications and Public Relations. She holds her real estate license with the Louisiana Real Estate Commission (LREC) and is a CCIM candidate. Maegan is also a member of IREM (Institute for Real Estate Management), National Association of Realtors (NAR) and its affiliated Commercial Investment Division (CID), and sits on the Board of Directors for BOMA (Building Owners and Management Association) of Shreveport.
Outside of the office, she enjoys staying involved in her community both politically and philanthropically. She has served as a board member and past Vice President of the Women’s Republican Club of Shreveport, is a member of the LSUHSC Women’s Health Club, volunteer participate with Junior Achievement of Northwest Louisiana, and serves on the Advisory Committee for Holy Angel’s Champion’s for Individuals with Disabilities.
